Liz Grossman Editor

Liz took the reins as editor in the summer of 2021 after serving as the managing editor of Plate. She has been a Chicago-based writer, editor and storyteller for 20 years. As co-founder of Between Bites, Liz is passionate about live lit and giving back to the Chicago food community. She’s participated as a volunteer in fundraising events for Meals on Wheels Chicago and Culinary Care, and has spoken about healthy menu trends and more for the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Throughout her career, her freelance writing has appeared in Newsweek, Southwest Spirit, Robb Report, Sophisticated Living, Veranda, Chicago magazine, The Henry Ford Magazine, and more.
